"These Simple Classroom Management Strategies Can Give You Immediate Control Of The Worst Kids In School - 100% Guaranteed!"

classroom management techniques - strategies to improve classroom management

"Finally...You Can Have TotalControl Of Your Classroom, Gain Total Respect From The Worst Kids In School, And Start Enjoying Your Teaching Career Again!"

In just a few minutes from now you’ll know exactly how to…

Silence any group or class – as soon as you walk in the room – even if it’s a group you’ve never taught before!
Get pupils to follow your instructions - within 30 seconds - without confrontation and without resentment.
Put an end to inappropriate questions immediately so that you can maintain control instead of being the butt of a cheeky pupil’s jokes and comments
Gain support from senior staff, parents and other colleagues - without this the job is very difficult!
Motivate all pupils – especially low achievers – to produce more work for you than they’ve ever done in their school careers
Get pupils to sit quietly and actually listen when you’re talking
Put an end to low level disruption such as chatting… sniggering… whispering… tapping… throwing things and wandering
Stop ALL pupils from swearing – no matter how old they are and no matter how bad their current behavior is
Deal with major confrontations and crises calmly and swiftly – knowing full well that you are in total control every step of the way. No more panicking, no more shaking and no more worrying that you could lose it at any moment.

But by far the best thing about all this is that you can use these classroom management  techniques with any age group... In Your Next Lesson!

"I've read through half of Magic Classroom Management so far and from what I've read it's excellent. A lot of the books you read talk a lot about theories and skills to develop over a long period of time...your book is simply a list of things you can try out the next day - excellent!"
Anthony Collins
(Student Teacher, Staffordshire, UK)

Would you like to be able to get on with the most enjoyable part of your job - teaching - without having to fight with disinterested, abusive pupils all day? If you’re looking for a way to deal with non-compliant, out-of-control pupils who refuse to do as you ask, cause you constant stress and prevent you doing your job properly; I have some very good news…

Here’s why…

My name is Rob Plevin. I was Deputy Head Teacher at a special school for children with behavior problems such as ADHD and EBD and I’d like to share with you the exact same classroom management techniques I used EVERY DAY in my own teaching to manage children and teenagers exhibiting extremely challenging behavior.

Now you can use these same classroom management techniques to successfully deal with any child  any group and any behavior problem – no matter how bad the behavior is, no matter how old or challenging the child is and no matter how much experience you currently have.

These techniques will give you back the one thing you’re so desperately lacking right now… total and utter control.

"Thanks, Rob - good to know that even as I approach retirement, there are still things I can do better!"

Let me tell you how this all came about...

Luckily, I once had a job in a failing school…

Around ten years ago I applied for a job in a failing inner city special school. It was the type of school where the police were called almost every day. The children were literally running wild and the staff were at breaking point.

Why would anyone want to work in a place like that?

There were several reasons why I decided to take the job…For one thing, I wanted to test myself. I knew if I could succeed there, I could succeed anywhere.

But the big pull was the amount of extra training that was on offer to enable the teachers to learn to handle these extremely challenging pupils.

There seemed to be almost limitless funding available to turn the school round and a lot of it was earmarked for staff development. And thanks to that funding, I learned an awful lot about classroom management and pupil behavior over the next 3 years.

But one of the most significant benefits was that I got to work alongside a very experienced and talented psychologist. Believe me when I say this…

“What that lady didn’t know about behavior modification wasn’t worth knowing!”

Within days she helped us put systems in place which transformed the whole school. We went from a failing school with staff regularly in tears, to a model of excellence – literally overnight.

The pupils – many of whom hadn’t completed a lesson in years - suddenly took a keen interest in their own success. They worked harder than ever before and actually started treating staff with respect! They attended all lessons, completed their tasks and responded to instructions without arguments or fights.

I must stress that these changes happened within a few days – not months. And the children we were working with were extremely damaged, with horrendous behavior problems. So when I say that these techniques will work for you, there’s a very good chance that they will.

"Hi Rob,

Please accept my sincere apologies for not getting back to you sooner about your fantastic book!

I've read it a couple of times and the main impression that stands out it is its really practical approach - helpful without all the theory which you often cannot relate to.

In my opinion, it'll effectively run alongside assertive discipline, and the circle time policies already in place - and it offers the ability to dip into it for appropriate strategies or use as part of a behaviour management policy. I've been teaching 10 years and this may just be the missing part of the jigsaw in terms of classroom management!

Ultimately I think it's absolutely fantastic! NQTs and more experienced teachers should not be without it - and I look forward to it being widely available! I've already discussed some of the strategies in place with the PGCE student in my class, and I'm sure they'll prove really useful.

I'd love to continue to hear about the book's continued success!"

classroom management techniques - Tips to improve classroom management

...Guaranteed techniques that have been proven to give teachers control over ANY disruptive behavior and motivate ANY pupil to produce their best work!

"I like the layout, how its broken down into small digestible, separate sections and how it "flows" really well. It’s a much better read then the standard text books we are asked to read about classroom management, which get dull quickly. I know it will be handy every day once I’m facing a class of 30 kids."
M Patel (Student Teacher, UK)

This isn’t some jargon-filled theory book written by an academic hiding away in an office somewhere - these are the very same techniques I use every day in my own teaching; the same techniques that have enabled me to control the most difficult groups in very difficult schools and the same techniques that enable me to draw out the hidden talents from under-achieving children placed in my care.

I must also point out that these techniques are applicable to children of any age. I work with 11-14 year olds but the principles are equally valid for younger or older pupils too.

This is just a small sample of the information I'm going to give you...

The number one secret to getting any child to behave
This is the most important technique in the whole book. Once you understand and apply this you can forget your classroom management problems forever. I really mean that.

It is fundamental to the whole issue of pupil behavior. If you want respect from the worst kids in school, want them to do as you say every time and produce more work for you than any other teacher in school, you need only read this section – it is that powerful!
(Page 29...)

How to make sure your instructions are followed immediately without arguments or confrontation
Imagine being able to give your instructions… and then have every pupil follow them straight way! No need for shouting and no need for threats. How much stress would that remove from your working day and how much more could you achieve in your lessons?
(page 35…)

What to do when a pupil won’t follow your instructions
When I first started teaching I had no idea what to do if a pupil refused to do as I asked and I know this can be very daunting for many teachers. Our usual response is to repeat the same instruction at a higher volume (shout) and then threaten them with various sanctions as we think of them but there is a much, much more effective solution.
It works - EVERY TIME.
(page 43…)

How to immediately silence a rowdy class without shouting
Have you ever wondered how some staff command immediate respect and can walk in on any class and get immediate silence? You don’t have to be a senior teacher to enjoy this kind of control – I’ll explain how.
(page 48...)

7 ways to put more humor in your lessons
Humor is one of the most effective tools for ensuring a positive classroom environment because when pupils are happy and positive they won’t want to disrupt your lesson. This section will help you put a smile on any pupil’s face and turn your classroom into a ‘fun’ place to learn. (Page 11…)

Tricks and techniques to get pupils really interested in your lessons
Boredom during lessons is one of the main reasons pupils decide to find alternative entertainment. If you follow these simple rules, I guarantee you’ll maintain their attention right through to the bell - no matter what subject you’re teaching!
(Pages 17…)

The simplest, most over-looked technique for getting any pupil to produce more work in your lessons than any other
You’re probably already aware of this little gem but I’ll put money down that you don’t use it to its full advantage. When you use this technique as I suggest you’ll find it unbelievably effective for getting your pupils on task – especially the lazy, low achieving and disruptive ones.

I use this method every day whenever I sense that a lesson might be starting to become unsettled.
It really does miraculously focus every child you use it with – no matter what their age.

The 3 Requests that give you instant control
You’re going to just love this. It does exactly what it says it will.

Use this script to gain immediate control in unsettled situations
(page 66…)

How to put an end to inappropriate comments and questions from pupils
This is so important. Once a pupil starts to get you on the retreat with probing, embarrassing, personal comments and questions, you’re credibility is severely hindered. Use these simple statements to put a stop to them straight away.
(page 50...)

I’m giving you a complete system for controlling your pupils in one easy-to-read program. And what's more, you'll be able to see the improvements in just one week!

"Hi rob,

I am a PGCE student and have found your book very useful. I am teaching my first full lesson to the whole class next Thursday day and I am frantically trying to memorize all your tips and scripts! When I was reading your book I could actually SEE the methods working! I have recommended your book to all my fellow PGCEers and am very much looking forward to your emails."

Rebecca Norris (Student teacher, UK)

And It's Fully Guaranteed...

I'm sure you'll be thrilled with the effect these techniques have on your most disruptive students but I don't want you to be stuck with something that's not for you.

If for any reason you're not happy with any aspect of Magic Classroom Management just let me know and I'll ensure that every penny is promptly refunded to you.

You can try out my system completely at my risk. I’m going to let you try it out for 8 whole weeks and if you’re not happy in any way, at any time within those 8 weeks, you'll get your money back.

Let me go through a few things which may be concerning you...

1. If it doesn't work, you don't pay! If my program doesn’t help you reduce bad behavior during your lessons… or gain control of the worst kids in school… or if you're dissatisfied in any way whatsoever I’ll refund your money in full, meaning you will have lost absolutely nothing.

The retailing company I use to sell this product (Clickbank) would not let me renege on my guarantee - they would close me down if I tried not to repay you.

2.  Your transaction is totally safe. Internet shopping is now a part of everyday life – it’s certainly not the risky affair it was five years ago. Your order will be processed using a 100% secure system.

3. Your problem isn’t going to go away unless you do something about it. Unfortunately behavior problems are rife throughout our schools today so you’re going to have to either find a way of dealing with them or carry on getting more and more frustrated, depressed, stressed and angry. You can spend months or even years finding your own answers or you can save yourself a lot of time and stress by giving my program a try – without risk!

What I have read is brilliant and has given me some practical ideas to try. It has also given me the confidence to go with a non-confrontational approach which is more me. Thanks again.
Paula Rowlands (Teacher, UK)

Why Should You Buy Magic Classroom Management?

There are a lot of behavior improvement books on the market so why have I produced another?

The first, and most obvious, reason is that I want to earn myself some extra money. But beyond this, the honest truth is that the subject fascinates me.

I have been working with challenging young people for nearly 15 years in various capacities and you can’t work for that length of time in one field without picking up a few pearls of wisdom along the way.

Over the years I have read my fair share of books, journals and manuals on the subject and I’m frankly amazed at the amount of conflicting and confusing information that is out there.

Some books, written by hide-away theorists, are full of overly-academic waffle; while others are just plain useless and written by someone who doesn’t know what they’re talking about.

I decided that there was a dire need for a practical, easy-to-read guide to dealing successfully with any behavior problem – written by someone who does this every single day! My techniques are simple, well explained and will change your career – I know that because they’ve done the same for me.

When you buy my program you won't have to waste precious time building up your experience by trial and error. I’ll give you everything I’ve learned to help you avoid painful mistakes and put an end to your behavior nightmares.

Magic Classroom Management will change your teaching. I guarantee it. You’ll find at least one tool or technique that you haven’t heard of before and that you will be eager to use tomorrow.

The program is priced so that any teacher can afford it and be able to take control of their worst class within hours of reading. It is just $27

But I'm also going to include...

A free subscription to my 'buyers only' Newsletter –“The Behavior Bible”

This alone is worth more than the cost of the book itself because it is an on-going source of updates, tips, tools, lesson plans and resources – sent direct to your inbox.

One thing’s for sure in life - you never stop learning. There is always something new, something better and even just a few days after putting the finishing touches to Magic Classroom Management I realized there was more I could add.

For this reason I decided to produce this newsletter for all buyers of the program.

And that’s not all. I’m also going to throw in…

Bonus 3

Free Report 3: How To Have Positive Relationships With Parents

This book is full of common sense advice for both new and experienced teachers alike. It is easy to read and gives lots of ideas. I like the common sense approach, the inspirational posters and the sheet that pupils fill in about their interests. Altogether it’s great - thank you!
